New accounts may be placed in a pending status while clinical proof is reviewed. During review, access to community features may be limited.
Your professional data is sacred. EDC does not sell your information to suppliers or third parties.
You agree to engage respectfully and professionally. Do not post patient-identifiable information. Share cases responsibly and follow evidence-based discussion standards.
Some community workflows may include optional professional connectivity via WhatsApp (e.g., onboarding support, verification updates, or colleague coordination). You control what you share and may opt out at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any suspected compromise should be reported immediately.
We may update these terms to improve safety, compliance, and platform quality. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

We collect account details you provide (name, email, phone, specialty), and verification documents you upload for eligibility review.
