Cairo and Alexandria clinics can buy locally across all tiers with confidence. Other governorate clinics should default to Cairo or Alexandria sourcing with documented service SLA for Tier 2 and above. Tier 1 budget units have adequate local availability across all city hubs.
Question 2: How Many Endo Cases Per Month?
